The main purpose of me sharing my story with you is to see if you and I might just be on the same path regarding our health legacy. I realized that it was time that I had to change for the good of my family. I have a legacy that I want my sons to have and it is one that involves a long and healthy life.
We sometimes fall short of our goals. We sometimes let life get too hectic and we set ourselves in a coasting mode. I’ve been a mom wearing too many hats at times, leaving my health and fitness at the bottom of the “to do” list! We all know how there’s never enough time to get everything checked off!
What were to happen if we stopped coasting? Stop the roller coaster way of fitness? That question is the true intent of the video. I’d like you to join me as I continue to engage my health journey.
